Winemaking
Produced with grapes that undergo a natural drying process, with controlled humidity and low temperature. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts and maceration on the skins for 14 days.

Maturation
37 months in stainless steel and oak barriques and at least 4 months in the bottle.

Appearance
Ruby red with violet hues, clear and consistent.

Bouquet
Mature nose, with notes of ripe fruit in alcohol. Hints of blackcurrant, blackberry and cherry jam with sweet vanilla and hints of chocolate. Complex and fine.

Palate
RichJull-bodied, round and balanced, with very silky tannins and a sweet finish. Pleasantly tannic, harmonious: typical Sagrantino.

Pairings
Pastries and chocolate cakes.

Serving Temperature: 12°C.
