Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts. Maceration on the skins for 14 days.

Maturation
6 months in stainless steel.

Appearance
lntense ruby red, clear and consistent.

Bouquet
Typical notes of strawberry and red fruit, spicy with hints of cloves and tobacco.

Palate
Fruity with good structure, lang and pleasantly spicy.

Pairings
Pasta, pizza, meats, medium-aged cheeses and red meats.

Serving Temperature: 16°C.
